He was recently on Saturday Night Live and has been back on stage in NYC but comedian Dave Chappelle will not be coming to Netflix in the months ahead. The streaming channel announced that Chappelle has three new comedy specials on the way. There are few details but this will be his first specials since 2004’s For What It’s Worth.
Chappelle was on a career high when he left the public eye back in the mid-2000s after notoriously leaving a $50 million check on the table from Comedy Central. I would think he would have to talk about leaving and going to Africa in his specials. We will keep you updated when we know more.
