This story will put a smile on your face! There is hope that there are good kids out there.
A Michigan football team, the Olivet Eagles, noticed that a boy on their team with a learning disability was struggling to fit in. The boys planned by themselves to help him score a touchdown. They would stop at the 1-yard line and protect him on the next down as he rushed the ball into the end zone!
The team was so moved by this act of kindness. One of the team members learned it’s not about him it’s about caring for everyone.
We must all learn to pay it forward and help others.
