If you have been watching the news today or even turned on your computer you’ve probably seen Harry Connick Jr in the headlines. The singer was a judge on Hey Hey It’s Saturday an Australian variety show. A skit paying tribute to Michael Jackson and the Jackson Five made him visibly upset. The skit showed the Jackson Five in black face and Michael Jackson with a white face. Harry seemed shocked by the skit when he gave them a zero. He told them that “if it had been done in the United States it would have been pulled off the air.” The host of the variety show apologized to the New Orleans native singer and allowed him to express his thoughts to the Australian audience.
