When I was growing up I had celebrity pictures all over my walls, you couldn’t see any white. I would dream of seeing these people in person. When I moved to LA and started seeing people I saw on TV or movies and also people I listened to on the radio it was mind boggling. I have been in LA for quite a while and to me it never gets old, especially when you see someone you really like.
Today, I went to get lunch and I saw Fred Savage from The Wonder Years. Then, I go to sit down and across from me is Josh Charles from The Good Wife! I’m thinking WHAT THE F**K! I picked the right day to come here! Sometimes I will say something to them but they were with their families and I didn’t want to disturb. I remember sort of growing up with The Wonder Years and that theme song…come on! Then, Josh Charles on The Good Wife, that guy made me cry so hard when he died on the show. I wanted to tell him so bad that he broke my heart when he left.
Listen, I get it they’re real people but these people come in to our homes every week for years and we related to their stories in some way. I’m not a creeper taking a pic of them but had to capture the moment. It’s a truly special thing to live in LA and see people that you admire on the screen. I really hope it never gets old for me to live out my dream and be here in Hollywood the place I always dreamed of.
