Jimmy Kimmel ‘Yard Sale’ to Aid Homeless Youth

Do you want to meet Jimmy Kimmel and get some cool stuff from Jimmy Kimmel Live? Jimmy is having a yard sale to help raise money for the homeless youth organization My Friend’s Place.

The yard-sale event on Oct. 1 at the Hawthorn Avenue parking lot facility for Hollywood’s El Capitan Theater, where Kimmel tapes. Proceeds from the event will benefit for Kimmel’s Uncle Frank’s Helping Hand Foundation, which will give the funds for My Friend’s Place. The organization helps about 1,500 homeless youth in Hollywood every year with a range of support services.

The sale items will include various set props, wardrobe and memorabilia used on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ over the show’s 14-year run to date. The sale will be held from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Kimmel fans can also bid on various items via Ebay.
