Singer/songwriter, Greyson Chance will be releasing a new EP in early 2016, entitled Somewhere Over My Head.  The debut single, “Afterlife“, which is available now on iTunes, showcases Greyson’s R&B, funk, and jazz influences and has him reaching impressive vocal heights as his voice enchants through a bluesy baritone and soaring high notes evoking a timeless spirit. His sophomore album, reminiscent of Justin Timberlake’s 20/20 experience combined  with iconic sounds of Sam Sparro, will reveal how his style has evolved into soulful pop with a modern twist.

Greyson wrote Somewhere Over My Head between Oklahoma and Los Angeles, starting most tracks in Oklahoma and perfecting them in studios in Los Angeles.

“Somewhere Over My Head represents my growth in music and ultimately where I feel I fit now as an artist,” said Greyson.  “The songs, lyrically, express my journey to eighteen and the trials, tribulations, and adventures that come along with that road. I hope people can listen and feel a connection to the songs and know that they cover real stories in my life.”

The critically lauded Greyson Chance shot to fame for his precocious performance of Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi” in 2010.  The video garnered close to 55 million views on YouTube and earned him 2.5 million Twitter followers and 3.5 million Facebook “likes”.  The talented singer, songwriter and pianist has embarked on two successful North American tours, a tour of Southeast Asia, and performances on major television shows and national events, including at the White House and at Variety’s annual Power of Youth event.
