After three years of dating, Miley Cyrus (19) and Liam Hemsworth (22) are finally engaged. Making sure that she wouldn’t say no, Hemsworth enlisted famed celeb jeweler Neil Lane to create the 3.5-carat cushion-cut diamond ring. The ‘Hunger Games‘ star wanted something unusual for Miley and apparently she was very happy tweeting, “thank you for all the love today 🙂 I’m happy to share this news with you all. I feel like all my dreams are coming true. ? have a great day.”

The excitement even spilled over to dear old dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, as he tweeted “All I ever hoped for as a Daddy was to see my kids reach their dreams. To find happiness…peace of mind …and someday know… true love.”
