I used to watch 60 Minutes off and on but I guess I will be watching more now that my fave, Oprah Winfrey is joining as a special correspondent.
Oprah will make her first appearance on the legendary show this fall.
The talk show queen has been a fan of the show a long time.
“I’m so excited and proud to join forces with this historic news program, which for me represents the bastion of journalistic storytelling,” Winfrey said. “At a time when people are so divided, my intention is to bring relevant insight and perspective, to look at what separates us, and help facilitate real conversations between people from different backgrounds.”
Besides her story telling I’m sure the show is banking on her bringing in her fans to watch.
I am going to go set the DVR!
