Masterminds. DVD. Blue-Ray. IMDB pro-rating 50 with 32% satisfaction on Rotten Tomatoes. With such a great ensemble cast, and intriguing story line, it is disappointing to see such a poor satisfaction rate. Always funny guy Zach Gafialanakis stars in the true story of David Ghantt, a not so on the ball security guard who falls for the oldest trick in the world, being seduced by a pretty girl (Kristen Wiig), to give up the codes on the armored truck. Beyond belief, he pulls off the heist, but soon has the FBI on his tail by flaunting all the money and making a spectacle of himself. With Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon, Justin Sudeikis and Owen Wilson.
Boo: Madea’s Halloween. DVD. Blue-ray. IMDB pro-rating4.3. Tyler Perry pulls off another Madea caper, this one is a comedy/horror. Not a fan favorite, but laughable.
