Stars Shine at the SUNDANCE Film Festival

Highlighting the top events and parties from this year’s Sundance Film Festival.

Throughout the first weekend of the festival, RAND Luxury hosted the 6th Annual Luxury Escape at the St. Regis Deer Valley Resort with exclusive receptions and dinners honoring leaders in the film and entertainment industry including Gerard Butler, Zach Galifianakis, Jenny Slate, Kyra Sedgwick, and more.

Each exclusive event throughout the star-studded weekend was sponsored by industry leading brands including Calvary Robotics, De’Longhi, Vitalizer Americas, ZEISS, Hoka One One, and more, which offered guests unique experiences and activations on-site.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 26, 2019

  • Inside the Wine Vault at the St. Regis, Rand Luxury hosted a private dinner for the cast of “Them That Follow.” Producer Danielle Robinson brought the entire room to tears with her speech, spreading infectious energy throughout the dinner. Attendees included producers Gerard Butler and Bradley Gallo, directors Britt Poulton and Daniel Madison Savage alongside actors Jim Gaffigan, Walter Goggins, Lewis Pullman, and Kaitlyn Dever.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 27, 2019

  • On Saturday afternoon, Rand Luxury hosted a reception at the St. Regis for Tangerine Entertainment’s “How Does it Start,” with actors Alex Rubin, Lola Wayne, Lola Reid and writer/director Amber Sealey who shared a heartwarming thank you to the cast & crew for bringing her creative vision to life.

  • That same evening, at the private dining room inside the St. Regis, Rand Luxury hosted Beachside films’ celebration of “The Sunlit Night,” starring Jenny Slate and Zach Galifianakis alongside producers Ruben Thorkildsen, Gabrielle Nadig, and Michael Clark.

  • Later in the evening at the St. Regis, Rand Luxury hosted a reception in celebration of “Abe,” which concluded Sunday’s events. Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp was surrounded by family and friends along with his co-stars Mark Margolis and Dagmara Dominczyk, in the main lobby of the St. Regis Deer Valley resort.

MONDAY JANUARY 28, 2019

  • On Monday evening, Rand Luxury hosted a private event for actress and producer Kyra Sedgwick and SeriesFest at the St. Regis, honoring female artists at the forefront of serialized storytelling. The evening celebrated a new partnership between SeriesFest andBig Swing Productions and Sedgwick’s indie episodic series, “Girls Weekend,” which premiered this weekend at the Sundance Film Festival. Kyra was joined by her team of directors and producers, and also had a surprise visit from Gerard Butler and Breaking Bad star RJ Mitte.
