CITI® CARDMEMBERS ENJOY VIP PERKS WHEN DINING OUT AND PAYING WITH TABBEDOUT® MOBILE APP
Citi® announced new offers for all Citi-branded credit cardmembers via TabbedOut – a free mobile payments app that enables simple, electronic settling of restaurant checks and bar tabs with a few clicks on a smart phone. The TabbedOut® mobile payments platform, which provides special offers for Citi cardmembers, launched with Citi cardmember offers this year in New York City and Los Angeles and will expand to additional US cities in 2015.
Citi cardmembers who download the TabbedOut application and make a purchase at a participating New York City or Los Angeles restaurant with their Citi credit card through January 5, 2015 will receive $20 off their first check of $25 or more at participating restaurants.
- In Los Angeles, participating restaurants include: Acabar, Hutchinson, Local Peasant, Feed Body & Soul, Jones Hollywood, The Belmont, The Churchill, Vitello’s Restaurant and Maria’s Italian Kitchen.
- In New York, participating restaurants include: Birreria, Serafina Group, Catch NYC, Claudette, Los Feliz, Beautique, Pennsylvania 6, Lure Fishbar, Bagatelle, Chalk Point Kitchen and ACME NYC.
The TabbedOut mobile app can be used for payments at thousands of restaurants across the U.S. Citi cardmembers can download the TabbedOut App today to use at participating restaurants in their area.
Citi’s relationship with TabbedOut is part of Citi’s dining benefits for cardmembers, which include exclusive culinary experiences and special offers at top restaurants. Additionally, some Citi cards offer the option to earn additional ThankYou® Points on dining out, including the ThankYou Preferred and Citi Prestige cards which earn 2 ThankYou Points for every $1 spent at restaurants, and the ThankYou Premier card which offers 3 ThankYou Points per $1 spent on dining out.
