Chadwick Boseman (Marvel’s Black Panther) stars as a young Thurgood Marshall, who takes on the case of a man accused of rape and killing a white woman (Kate Hudson) in Connecticut for the NAACP. Directed by Reginald Hudlin, it also stars Sterling K. Brown and Josh Gad.
Happy Death Day. IMDB pro-rating 6.2 with a90% Google satisfaction score. A blumhouse Production, directed by Christopher B. Landon, from a script by Scott Lobdell. In a story reminiscent of Groundhog Day, only aimed at Horror Genre fans, a young woman, Jessica Rothe, is murdered in her lover’s bed, then relieves the night before, then wakes up dead again. This cycle keeps repeating until she figures out who t he murderer is. Israel Broussand, and Ruby Modine, also star.
