Tupac “Hologram” Performs with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre and Coachella

Tupac is back….at least at Coachella this past weekend. Coachella was all a buzz about Tupac’s hologram. The hologram topped everything at the festival.

The idea came from hip-hop legend Dr. Dre. It was a resurrection of the rap star who was murdered in 1996.

“We worked with Dr. Dre on this and it was Dre’s vision to bring this back to life,” said said Nick Smith, president of AV Concepts, the San Diego company that created the hologram. “It was his idea from the very beginning and we worked with him and his camp to utilize the technology to make it come to life.”

The hologram took months to make and cost from $100k to $400k to create.

When you watch the video the hologram of Tupac looks so life like it’s crazy. It really seems like he was there.
