Diana Argon joined WILL. I.Am’s  environmental endeavor to get creative with recycling and A Day Without Waste, The Coca-Cola backed ‘Ekocyle’ initiative.

WILL.I.Am,  Dianna Agron and Colin Hanks supported the campaign to encourage people to make positive changes in their waste and consumption habits. The top actions taken by those who pledged included the use of reusable bags and cups, and properly disposing of recyclables.

Due to the success of the campaign, EKOCYCLE and Global Citizen are pleased to announce a new, stronger commitment to further inspire and educate people about sustainability with the Global Citizen Nights concert series.People can be entered for a chance to win free concert tickets by taking action online at www.GlobalCitizen.org, where they earn points for committing to waste less that can then be redeemed for tickets.

  • Global Citizen, in partnership with EKOCYCLE, will host its next Global Citizen Nights show in Chicago on April 24featuring Aloe Blacc with special guests The Main Squeeze and Johnnyswim.
  • On June 26, Global Citizen, in partnership with World Childhood Foundation, will present the Thank You Festival featuring Tiësto, Above & Beyond, Krewella, Alvin Risk, and more at Merriweather Post Pavilion outside Washington D.C.
  • The traveling photo booth will bring the #ADayWithoutWaste movement to the Thank You Festival to continue inspiring people about how to waste less.

We will continue to highlight consumption habits and the conscious steps people can take towards reducing their waste through our Global Citizen Nights concert series.”
The Coca-Cola Company rallied its college ambassador network nationwide to pledge and take action. Blogger Sian-Pierre Regis at SwaggerNY.com and Erin Schrode, co-founder at Teens Turning Green also spread the campaign message to their readers and social media followers.
