First Look at Private Practice and Grey’s Anatomy’s Latest Cross Over Episode

E! channel’s Kristin Dos Santos of Watch With Kristin was live blogging Friday from the set of Grey’s Anatomy.

Kristin tweeted this pic and said, McFuntimes. Patrick and Caterina. This is our first look at the latest cross over episode of Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice. I think the episode is going to be something with Cooper’s baby mama. I think she will have something happen with the brain tumor sooner than she expected and they will rush her to Seattle Grace where both the Shepherd’s will step in. No matter what it is I’m sure it will be good!

Ryan Seacrest Launching New Cable Network

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again Ryan Seacrest is taking all the jobs in Hollywood and if that weren’t enough now he is set to launch his own cable network…who does he think he is Oprah?

Us Weekly says he is teaming up with Mark Cuban, concert promoter AEG and Hollywood talent agency Creative Artists Agency to revamp billionaire Cuban’s HDnet into AXS TV.

AXS TV (pronounced ‘access’) will feature behind-the scenes coverage of concerts, red carpets and award shows. This has been three years in the making for Seacrest.

“We’ve been diligently working with our partners AEG and CAA to strategize and explore how we could deliver quality live entertainment and lifestyle programming to a large audience,” Seacrest said in a statement Wednesday. “HDNet is the perfect partner to help us translate our vision into a reality, giving us an instant reach into 35 million homes when we rebrand the channel and launch AXS TV.”

Seacrest who produced shows for E! with the Kardashian series will produce shows for AXS.

LL Cool J Is Named the First Grammys Host in 7 Years

For the first time in seven years, this years Grammy Awards will have an official host, and has asked two-time Grammy winner LL Cool J to do the honors.

I don’t know how he will do as a host. He has hosted the live Grammy nominations concert show each year since 2008. I would have picked Jimmy Fallon or a comic type that loves music but we will have to see.

“I’m thrilled to be part of Music’s Biggest Night,” he said in a statement. “I will always have fond memories of my first Grammy Awards and to now be hosting the Grammy show, in the company of so many other incredible artists, is a dream come true.”

The 54th Grammy Awards, airing Feb. 12 on CBS at 8 p.m. ET/PT, will feature previously announced performers and current Grammy nominees Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Nicki Minaj, and Taylor Swift.
