As a kid I used to come down to LA every winter break and spring break. Almost every trip my dad would surprise me with a tour at a studio. So, if you’re traveling to LA then the WB Studio Tour must be on your to-do list. Even if you’re not an entertainment junkie like me you’re bound to find something on the tour you will enjoy.
On the tour you will see where they filmed FRIENDS and take photos near the fountain in the opening credits and sit on the couch in Central Perk. If you like Batman, Wonder Woman or any of the comic movies from WB you will see costumes, the Bat Mobile and props. For you Harry Potter fans they have added so much to the tour. You will see look alike sets from the movie, sit under the sorting hat, sit in Harry Potter’s room under the stairs and even ride a broom stick. Big Bang Theory. fans you can sit in Sheldon’s spot, knock on Penny’s door and see Sheldon’s famous shirts. You will even see costumes from My Fair Lady, Music Man and see the exterior for The Alibi Room in Shameless and walk around Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls.
I can’t recommend this tour enough due to the photo opps, interactivity and all the history. I’m the biggest TV junkie and loved every minute and yes my brain is full of useless facts but my cousin not as much and she loved it.
