Giuliana Rancic is back on the set at E! News after undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery a few weeks ago.
Giuliana announced that she has been fighting breast cancer and to continue her quest to have children she wanted to undergo the mastectomy.
“Even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming,” she says in a statement on the E! network’s Web site.
All the best to Giuliana. Right foot forward to a speedy recovery. My grandmother was a breast cancer survivor and I have seen what it’s like to fight the horrible disease.
