If you missed it last night, Jimmy Kimmel had his annual post-Oscar show. As usual it was hilarious.
He always has these really funny sketches or clip stuff and this year was not a disappointment.
First up, Kimmel debuted the trailer for “Movie: The Movie” a nine-minute long trailer. The spoof, is drawing on all genres of movies. It featured cameos from so many celebs too hard to count.
Some of the people to appear were: George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Helen Mirren, Tom Hanks, Charlize Theron, Matt Damon and Colin Farrell, Gary Oldman as a centaur, Gabby Sidibe as “Black Hitler” and Daniel Day Lewis as Tyler Perry as George Washington.
It was funny but the Oprah sketch had me rolling over.
Oprah was the big guest for the night. When they started talking about OWN and how difficult it is to build a network, they played a video of Jimmy pitching ideas to Oprah for new shows on OWN.
My favorites were “Oprah’s Book Club Fight Club and “Oprah Repos Her Favorite Things.”
I love Oprah screaming ” I get a car!”
