Arsenio Hall Re-inserts Himself into Late Night TV

Special Correspondent: James Jewett

In the very late 80s and early 90s Arsenio Hall was the host of the Arsenio Hall Show. A show that locked itself in pop culture history when it had presidential candidate, Bill Clinton, on the show playing “Heartbreak Hotel” on the saxophone. We all know Jimmy Fallon remembers this.

Hall has been invited back by CBS Television who are, “excited to welcome Arsenio back to the family and partnering on his new, late-night syndicated talk show,” CBSTVD president John Nogawski said in an announcement Monday reports ABC. His show ended in 1994 so where has the host/comedian been for the past decades. He was the winner on the latest Celebrity Apprentice and appeared in Eddie Murphy’s Coming to America .

Welcome Back Arsenio.
