I had the pleasure of attending the “Betty White Out” at the LA Zoo last week. Betty hosted a unique holiday event at the Los Angeles Zoo featuring a blizzard of artificial snow in sunny LA.
Betty serves as a celebrity spokesperson for The Lifeline Program, a company offering financial options through life settlements for seniors to enjoy their golden years. Lifeline recently hosted a national “Bucket List” Facebook Contest, offering fans the chance to submit an essay to meet Betty White in person. Leslie Scott, age 69, of Coventry, RI was the winner!
Take a look below at the footage I got from the event. It was amazing to see Betty White in person. I have always wanted to see her. I wish I could have met her. She reminds me so much of my grandma. One day I hope to interview her. She is so adorable.
