The X Factor judge once again needs to excuse herself during an audition. The first time around was in Kansas City when a contestant sang their song facing away from the judge’s table, this time around she was the only one to leave as an individual did a rendition of Britney’s own, (You Drive Me) Crazy. The song was a perfect storm literally driving both the audience who became insta-fans of the performer while judges Reid and Lavato were covering their faces to shield their reactions. Simon strong as always defended Spears by adding, “I don’t think she quite understood your tribute.”
