Bruno Mars continues to bring us great music! On Saturday Night Live he performed his new hit “24 K Magic” as well as a new track, “Chunky.” The great thing about him is his songs rarely ever sound the same live. He loves mixing it up.
The guy knows how to put on a show. He didn’t start on stage sining “24 K Magic,” instead he started backstage and went through to the main stage.
In “Chunky,” Mars praises well endowed girls who have their life together. “Shout out to the girls who pay they rent on time,” he and his boys sing. The song definitely has a 80’s – 90’s vibe to it. “Ooh Chunky/ Looking for them girls with the big ol’ hoops/ That drop it down in Daisy Dukes/ Yeah, them the ones I’m trying to recruit/ I’m looking at you, yeah, you, baby,” he sings on the chorus.
