Melissa McCarthy is seriously on fire!
CBS has ordered a pilot from Melissa and her husband Ben Falcone, which he will co-write with fellow Groundlings alum Larry Dorf.
Melissa will serve as an executive producer.
The project, which hails from Warner Bros. Television, centers on a single 37-year-old man, played by Falcone, who loses everything he has in the real estate collapse and finds himself back home in the house he grew up in … with his parents.
The couples have a second comedy about a woman in her mid-40s who has a midlife crisis. The pair would co-write and co-executive produce if the show gets picked up as a pilot.
I don’t know how they will find the time but congratulations!!
