I had the pleasure of chatting with one of the PARANORMAL ROMANCE author, LISA KESSLER.
What inspired you to become a Paranormal Romance Writer?
Lisa Kessler: I live in San Diego, but my grandmother is from Charleston which is steeped in magic. I always enjoyed visiting and hearing about the native legends and getting to speak with fortune-tellers! Paranormal opens up so many doors that have elements that make reading fun.
What are some of your Paranormal stories?
Lisa Kessler: Sedona Surrender, Night Walker, which is a Vampire Romance, Magnolia Mystic and I have written a Pirate series called Pirates Promise, about immortal Pirates in Savannah, Georgia. The story begins in 1795 when the Pirates steal a Cup and don’t realize it is actually the Holy Grail! They all drink from the cup, which makes them immortal, and they remain Pirates as they move forward in time. It’s a ‘QUEST ROMANCE’!
What do you do when you’re not writing?
Lisa Kessler: I’m actually a professional vocalist. I’ve performed with the San Diego Opera as well as other musical companies in San Diego.
