Emeril Lagasse, Daniel Boulud, Buddy (Cake Boss) Valastro and The Venetian are hosting Las Vegas’ culinary event of the year, Ultimo A Weekend of Excellence from December 5-7.
In true Vegas fashion, guests will be treated to lavish meals personally hosted and prepared by Chefs Emeril Lagasse, Daniel Boulud, and Buddy Valastro. Culinary explorations will include the weekend¹s main event The Grand Banquet, a fabulous French Brunch with Daniel Boulud, a Dine-Around in the Palazzo Waterfall Atrium Gardens and a Truffle Farewell Brunch.

- The Grand Banquet A landmark family-style feast at one stunning table that spans the iconic Venetian Grand Colonnade, prepared by chefs Daniel Boulud and Emeril Lagasse. Buddy Valastro is preparing the decadent desserts, and top winemakers from all over the world will present wine pairings.
- Brunch with Daniel Boulud Chef Daniel will host a fabulous French brunch at his new db Brasserie restaurant, which was recently named ³Best New Fine Dining² by Vegas Seven magazine. Guests will load up on French-American classics and bubbly before heading out on one of four luxury experiences, that range from relaxing to thrilling.
- Baking with the Boss This unforgettable culinary weekend wouldn¹t be complete without at least some of the guests hitting the kitchen. Buddy (Cake Boss) Valastro, a fourth-generation baker who inherited the nickname from his father, knows his way around a kitchen and a sweet tooth. Guests will learn from the best during this private baking class, where Buddy will teach you how to bake to-die-for cakes worthy of bakeries of the highest level.
Additional glitz, glamour, and ritzy activities will have guests celebrating in extravagant style all weekend long!
