Much of the country may be in a deep freeze but that’s not stopping Israeli actress Gal Gadot (Fast and Furious) from turning up the heat. The red-hot actress has just signed a 3 picture deal with Warner Bros to play the Princess Diana of Themyscira, otherwise known as Wonder Woman.
Gal will star with Ben Affleck in Batman vs. Superman, she will be in a Justice League movie and..drum roll..she’ll star in a stand-alone Wonder Woman flick. Finally! The women get a cartoon superhero.
Garrett Hedlund, currently filming the Angelina Jolie helmed war biopic of Louis Zamerini Unbroken, and on the big screen in the Coen Brothers Inside Llewyn Davis has been tapped to play Captain Hook in the movie Pan, with Hugh Jackman in the role of the notorious Pirate Blackbeard.
Speaking of Angelina Jolie, her live-action Disney film Maleficent, where Angelina plays the scariest villain of the House of Mouse ever, is due in theaters May 30, 2014. Vivienne Jolie-Pitt stars in the movie with her famous Mom as the young Princess Aurora, the Sleeping Beauty of the story.
Yellow Lamborghini’s and Red Adidas’ got a spike in sales this week when Justin Bieber got arrested for drag racing his rented fast car in Miami and was wearing some really cool Adidas red sneakers when he did. Someone has to keep the economy and the the media going!
