Insurgent stars Shailene Woodley as the lead heroine, the second in the Divergent trilogy, a sci-fi surreal excursion into life in Chicago after a seemingly apocalyptic catastrophe, where people are now slotted into categories of personality types and not allowed to ‘diverge’ from them. Shailene just doesn’t fit in, and English actor Theo James joins her in her rebel ways, as they seek to find out what happened to her family and how to escape the evil Kate Winslet and ruler of the new domain. Ansel Engort, Miles, Teller, Octavia Spencer reprise their roles in this sequel.
The Gunman. Sean Penn stars and was a co-writer on a thriller from the director of the Taken franchise. Sean is an ex special forces sniper suffering from PTSD who must re-engage his dangerous lifestyle to clear his name. Javier Bardem and Idris Elba also star.
