Josh Levi has dropped his debut single, “Doctor“!! It’s a must listen!
The 17-year-old singer from that show you may remember X Factor, wrote the track with two-time Grammy nominated producer/songwriter, Andrew “Druski” Scott.
“Doctor” is just a taste of what’s to come from the 17-year-old singer/songwriter. The Pop/R&B track starts off with eerie, ethereal production by Druski. Alternative elements tinge the chorus as Josh sings: “Let me be your doctor/ Let me take you home tonight/ Fix you up and make all wrong things right/ By the end of the night you’ll know you’re mine.” The chorus finishes out with a trap breakdown that is as healing as it is addictive.
“LeviNation [my fans] inspired the song. As a young artist with the platform I’ve been given, I wanted to write the song to take away pain from the people I love and those people are my fandom. My fans always communicate whatever they’re going through with me and their problems or conflicts in life. I’m trying to be the one that gives them to hope and help in any way I can, that’s what ‘Doctor’ is about.”
The “Doctor” music video is coming very soon and I was there BTS and can tell you it’s gonna be good! Josh is on point!
He is also working on his debut EP and will hit the road this fall!
