Kim Zolciak and husband Kroy Biermann are having twins! Good thing they got a bigger house. This is Kim’s fifth pregnancy.
Kim has two sons close in age, KJ, 2, and Kash 12 months, with husband Kroy. She also has 2 daughters from a previous relationship Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12.
