I was blown away the past two days with the blind auditions on The Voice and even more surprised when the judged took forever to turn around. Anyone else yell at their TV? Is it just me?
Here are some auditions I loved and not so sure of. What do you think?
Mackenzie Bourg’s Blind Audition: “Pumped Up Kicks”
Why did only one judge turn around. I loved this kid. I thought he was great. They turned around for some not so great talent last night and this guy rocked it I thought!
Trevin Hunte’s Blind Audition: “Listen”
I’m in love! I found my teddy bear. He is so great, gave me chills the whole deal. I just wanted to hug him. I especially love his friends backstage I want to be a part of them lol.
Julio Cesar Castillo’s Blind Audition: “La Bamba”
So happy Julio made it through he had me smiling the whole time and his parents had me crying. That last note gave me chills. This was a good choice!
Daniel Rosa’s Blind Audition: “Somebody That I Used to Know”
I loved him last year and love him even more this year. Another teddy bear. I love how excited he got they remembered him and that Adam hugged him. He is just great! I hope he goes very far!! I loved those reactions when the chairs turned around.
Casey Muessigman’s Blind Audition: “Sweet Home Alabama”
I get it he has a good personality but I don’t think he should have made it through compared to some of the others and he got more than one judge to turn around? WHAT?
Devyn DeLoera’s Blind Audition “Ain’t No Other Man”
Didn’t like it! I think Christina picked her because she sang her song but I just didn’t get it. I think she did good but not great.
De’Borah’s Blind Audition: “Hey, Soul Sister”
My last favorite right now! I think she was so entertaining and sounded so different. I love her parents too!
The blind auditions continue tonight and my friend Carla is due to sing anytime now!! What are your thoughts on the auditions and contestants overall?
