Last week I was sent an OOLER Sleep System. I have trouble sleeping at night with my back problems and also get very hot sleeping with two animals (dog and cat) on me all night. Body temperature is a key to a decent night’s sleep. So, I was excited to have OOLER reach out to me.

My Use:
I received a single unit which I put in the middle of the bed, it’s like a twin size. The hardest part was just opening the shipping box it came in. The set up is super easy. You just plug in the system and fill it with water and then undo the mattress pad and connect the tubes to the unit and then finally connect to the app. It’s that simple.
I had a little problem connecting to the app but I just signed up again and it went through. You can set the temperature on your phone, set up a schedule for on and off and track sleep.
I don’t feel cold when I lay down and sleep. It says to sleep with blankets on you. I usually do at night and then have to turn on the A/C because I get so hot and stuffy. Since I’ve used it I haven’t had to turn on the A/C at all. I don’t feel the water or feel cold. It’s weird and hard to explain. The only downside is there is nothing to old the pad in place it moves around throughout the night. The machine also makes a little noise which the animals were afraid of at first.
Summer is around the corner and living in SoCal it can get up to 118 degrees where I am so this is going to be amazing.
