Society – LA’s first membership-based salon has opened!
The salon is redefining your hair experience. Society and it’s sister salon Color Bar, are the ONLY salons in the country that allow clients unlimited access to salon services (color, cuts, blowouts, and highlights) included in the monthly membership ranging from $80-$180, based on the level.
Society’s i mission is to allow women and men to look and feel their best everyday. They strive to reposition the salon experience as part of daily life, uprooting the concept of getting one’s hair done as a “treat.”
Society is a collaborative effort conceptualized by Sam DiVine, a celebrity stylist who trained under some of the industry’s most celebrated names and Ashley De Azevedo and Bridget Toscano who spearhead the company’s operations management logistics.
The brand is founded on the core beliefs that; clients deserve a luxurious experience and exceptional quality at an accessible price. Feeling beautiful should be attainable for everyone. Feeling beautiful lends to confidence.
Society founder Sam DiVine noted “We felt that the existing salon model was broken in so many ways – there’s something wrong when a client spends a significant amount on their color and then leaves the salon with wet hair to get their blow out somewhere more affordable. Going to the salon should be an inclusive experience.”
Society is located in the former Warren Tricomi space, on Melrose Avenue and King’s Road, in the heart West Hollywood’s high-end fashion mecca.
Society currently offers three tiers of inclusive membership packages for women and one for men, in addition to a full range of a la carte services:

Society plans to expand rapidly to additional locations in the Los Angeles market with a New York location to be unveiled shortly after.
