Breaking casting news!! Jennifer Beals is set to star in the new NBC show Taken opposoite Clive Standen. The show is an adaptation of the hit movie franchise.
The Taken TV series is a modern-day prequel to the movies that depict how Bryan Mills (Standen) developed his skills. Beals will play Christina Hart, the Special Deputy Director of National Intelligence who has taken Mills under her wing. Her current position is overseeing an elite team of operatives who take care of America’s national security emergencies.
It will be so great to have Jennifer Beals back on TV!! She was recently on TNT’s Proof which sadly ended after one season and famously on The L Word.
