They teamed up in the “Bad Blood” video now Taylor Swift and Mariska Hargitay may be working together on Law & Order: SVU.
Mariska revealed that she has talked to Taylor about guest starring on the hit show.
“We just talked about it,” Hargitay told Entertainment Tonight. “We’re going to wait until the end of the [1989 World] tour to see how it goes. But it’s in the air.”
Taylor’s tour doesn’t end till December so don’t expect anything this year. For now, we can only guess what kind of role she will have on the hsow.
Remember, Taylor also named one of her cats after Mariska’s character, Detective Olivia Benson.
But Swift might have a presence on the show before her 1989 tour ends, as showrunner Warren Leight told ET, “We’re thinking of naming a squad room cat Taylor.” Hargitay added, “The squad room needs to get a cat or I need to get a cat and name it Taylor. Either one!”
Law & Order: SVU returns with its two-hour premiere Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 9 p.m. on NBC.
