Whether you are a fan of his or not it is the end of an era. Jimmy Fallon will take over “The Tonight Show” as it moves to NYC.
I met Jay Leno when I interviewed him some years back. He truly was such a nice guy. He called me personally on the phone to confirm and to talk to me about it. He encouraged me on my dream of becoming a reporter.
Sometimes he gets a bad wrap but I can say from my personal experience he truly was a great guy and has made a huge dent in late night TV.
