Ladies, Ladies, We got this! The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that the Queen Bees themselves Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have just signed a two-year deal to host the Golden Globes until at least 2016!
The two hit ratings gold last year when hosting, bringing in 19.7 million viewers!
“We are thrilled Amy and Tina have decided to return as hosts of the Golden Globe Awards for the next two years,” Hollywood Foreign Press Association president Theo Kingma commented. “Their return ensures that the Golden Globes will once again be the biggest, best and most entertaining awards celebration of the year.” If that means we will eb getting more monologues like this and moments like this, we will definitely be tuning in.
This will take them out of the running for the Oscars until the end of their run as hosts but The Golden Globes are a fun award show especially when alcohol is involved. They are a golden comedy pair and great friends.
