ROGER RABBIT is one of Maroon Studios biggest stars. Lately he’s developed a down in the dumps attitude that’s costing the studio money. It’s rumored his wife, JESSICA RABBIT, (KATHLEEN TURNER, and the paradigm for every Hollywood sex-symbol since she was put on paper), “I’m not bad, I’m just drawn that way“, is fooling around. Roger doesn’t believe it.

Studio boss R.K. Maroon hires Eddie Valiant to get photos of Jessica playing patty-cake with Marvin Acme, (STUBBY KAYE), her boss and owner of the Paint and Ink Club. Eddie gets the pictures he needs, but the next morning Marvin Acme is found dead, and Roger Rabbit is being charged with the crime.

Roger begs Eddie to prove he’s innocent, and with the help of Eddie’s  girlfriend, Dolores (JOANNA CASSIDY), he agrees. Together they fight Judge Doom, (CHRISTOPHER LLOYD), and his evil weasel henchmen, intent on destroying toons forever.

STEVEN SPIELBERG was executive producer, along with AMBLIN Entertainment.
