It was a shame that an occurrence of such devastating, life taking, magnitude was the cause but the national pride and unity that came out of it was three times the size. September 11 was the date that Osama bin Laden chose to attack the United States. Approximately a decade later the United States brought him to justice. Zero Dark Thirty will tell that story.
Called the greatest man-hunt in history, Bin Laden evaded detection by using diversionary look-a-likes and staying off the electronic grid, meaning no cell phones and no internet usage. Director Kathryn Bigelow and screenwriter Mark Boal, who collaborated and brought us the Hurt Locker in 2008, will artfully tell this story.
