Hollywood Diaries: I Got to See Bruno Mars, Zedd & more #uncarrierx #TMobile

Bruno Mars T-Mobile

I have a list of performers I want to see live and Bruno Mars is on the top of that list. Thank you to T-Mobile I was able to check Bruno Mars off my list.

I was invited to celebrate with T-Mobile as they launched Un-Carrier X with a star-studden event and private concert featuring Bruno Mars.

The concert housed 6,000 fans storming in to see the performer. The lined wrapped around the Shrine Auditorium. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait out in the cold and got in to the media entrance. There in front was a magenta carpet for all the celebrities in attendance to walk down.

The event kicked off with a special set by GRAMMY award-winning artist/DJ/producer Zedd, plus dueling DJ sets by Lil Jon and DJ Vice.

As we waited the ground was shaking with the beats from the music. It sounded like dinosaurs were coming! Inside was crazy, the energy was amazing.

When Zedd started I wasn’t sure what to expect and it was unreal. As he was playing images were projected around him. It was like nothing I had ever seen before. The crowd was going nuts jumping up and down and singing along. After Zedd we had to wait longer as Lil Jon and DJ Vice played. They went back and forth and got the crowd pumped even more kickin it old school on some of their tracks.

As Bruno Mars came on my heart sank. He played all of his hits minus one I was waiting for…”Gorilla”. His band was amazing next to him singing and dancing in tandem. He also sang some old hits like “Ignition”, not his but great. His set ended and they left the stage only to come back for one more song…”Uptown Funk”, definitely a crowd favorite. I was singing and screaming so much I thought my voice was gone.

The show ended close to midnight and it was a night to remember.
