Right Foot Forward 8-year-old Abbie Jacobson!
Abbie found a purse with $4,000 in it…What 8-year-old does that? Not many!
In return she was rewarded with a handful of tickets to see Justin Bieber. To many young girls that would be worth all the money.
The Portland Press Herald covered the story in August detailing that she discovered the purse in a parking lot of a Sam’s Club, and turned it into her parents. The purse had approximately $4,200 in bills, gold jewelry and more. They found a debit card and they were determined to track down the owner. Abbie’s parents then returned the items to the local police and the bank.
After reading Abbie’s story in the paper, one man was inspired and he decided to reward her with tickets to her favorite singer.
The cool thing is Abbie wasn’t expecting the reward she was just trying to do the right thing.
