Jennifer Love Hewitt’s number one fan has died.
The actresses’s mom, Patricia, died of cancer on Tuesday, Hewitt’s rep announced in a statement. She was 67.
“Her family mourns her loss,” the rep says. “She was an angel to all who knew her and they are grateful she is now in a better place. They ask for privacy at this difficult time. No further details are being provided.”
Hewitt had ket her mom’s illness out of the camera lights and in privacy for years. Hewitt’s mom accepted her career decisions and even thought her role as a prostitute on Lifetime’s The Client List, was “hilarious.” No matter what role Hewitt took on her mom was their to support her daughter.
Hope all is well for Hewitt in her time of loss.
