The comedy-horror is moving from the college campus to a hospital called the C.U.R.E. Institute, where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation. Alley will play a brilliant and devious administrator at the hospital.
Scream Queens returns for season two on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. on Fox.
