After months of speculation over whether the DC Comic book character of Wonder Woman would make an appearance in the untitled Man of Steel sequel that already includes the likes of Batman, the wait is over. Israeli actress and model Gal Gadot will become the first big screen adaption of the iconic character.
Now this announcement will only serve to make fans question whether Warner Bros is really trying to make this Man of Steel sequel into a sort of quasi Justice League film, or if the addition of Wonder Woman will only be the size of a cameo appearance? Time will tell. This may only be the beginning of more Justice League characters being added to this production.
Either way, the lead up to this untitled comic book film has undoubtedly sparked the furnace of even more speculation on what it will turn out to be when released in 2015.
