The script is co-written by Evan Daugherty and Vanessa Roth. Zoe Kravitz (X Men: First Class), Ansel Elgort (Carrie), Maggie Q (TV’s Nikita), Jai Courtney (A Good Day To Die Hard), Mekhi Phifer (TV’s ER) and Miles Teller (The Spectacular Now) also star.
This sci-fi thriller takes place in a post-apocalyptic Chicago. Get familiar with the city on The El, the city’s train system, which pops up frequently in the flick throughout Tris’ (Shailene Woodley) numerous adventures. Make your first stop Michigan Ave, one of the “must see” Chicago streets, to experience a day in the life of Tris. Afterwards, go to Navy Pier, where Tris and Four (Theo James) climb the Ferris Wheel.
